Lapin sweet cherries are quite popular around the Flathead Valley. They are a dark red, sweet cherry full of flavor that have some resistance to cracking. Lapin’s are self fertile and proved as a good pollinator to others. They make a great stand alone cherry tree. This are by far one of the most popular and highly demanded cherries, perhaps only second to the yellow Rainier variety.
