Description
This apple is new to me, and relatively new in general hitting the nursery’s in 2017. If you like making cider this is a must for your back yard. This apple is sweet enough to eat, but most desirable for its high sugar and tannins, ideal for cider as long as it is able to fully ripen. This variety is said to be quite resistant to diseases. Pollinates with Honeycrisp, Gala, or Cortland.
